Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide professional IT services to customers & handle client project delivery
2. Troubleshooting skills in Windows OS, IE, Outlook, AD & Exchange Server, Reuters, Bloomberg, Blackberry, Voice & Video conference tools support and knowledge is preferable
3. Support desktop XP/Office/Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Symantec Antivirus, Symantec Antivirus Professional Services
4. Helpdesk skillset like HP Openview, mailbox, CMDB inventory
5. Networking skillset like LAN, TCP/IP. VLAN, DNS, DHCP, Cisco VPN settings
6. Provide Active Directory Professional Services in maintenance, troubleshooting, CLSA standard network drive mapping and usage; Synchronization between HR POAP database; Exchange DS and Windows AD; Basic SMS understanding
7. Application skillset like various CLSA web based tools (Staff, Research, Pipeline, OWA, EWA, Brio, etc.) understanding; Department-specific application support contacts (Nova, OMS, Swift, etc); Clientupload / File transfer website procedure; Shiva modem pool operation
8. Email Professional Services like MS Exchange 5.5/2003; Blackberry operation, configuration and troubleshooting; GoodLink understanding and support
9. Voice & Video Professional Services like IPC dealerboard; NICE recorder; Nortel PBX; Unity and CallPilot Voicemail account management; IP Phone / Softphone; AV equipment; Room 1 Crestron AV/Presentation operation
Market Data Professional Services like Bloomberg installation and activation; Reuters 3000Xtra; ETNet; Datastream; Hexagon; Citibanking; AFE / SMC
10. VO Professional Service like call setup using MCU/MXP; automatic scheduling using TMS; Audio conferencing using Tandberg MCU/MXP; health check procedure
11. Voice Drop Professional Service in Voice drop client installation and operation
Operating Procedures for Raise SCR (Security Control Request); Raise EA (Expenditure Approval); Raise CR (Change Control Request); Raise Incident Report (IR)

* University degree holder in Computer / IT or related subject
* Minimum 3 years solid experience in IT industry
* Certificate in MCSE
* Fluent English communication skill and good customer care awareness

Working Conditions:
* Working conditions are normal for an office environment
* Work requires extensive work using a computer
* Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work in response to needs of the systems being supported

Pay Rate:
* CDN$10 per hour
